Everything is done in a logical sequence. Google Search Console and GA4 go in first, so your site is collecting clean data from day one – the sooner these are live, the sooner meaningful performance data starts accumulating. Then Rank Math is configured to get your on-page SEO foundations in place. The audit then runs against a site that’s properly tracked and set up, giving us real data to work with rather than a purely technical snapshot. The dashboard ties everything together into a single view you can check each month.
By the end, your site will be properly readable by Google, tracked correctly, and you’ll have a clear view of how it’s performing, without needing to log into multiple tools or interpret raw data.

Want to track your enquiries as conversions? Google Tag Manager and event tracking – capturing form submissions, phone clicks and button clicks in your analytics – is available as an optional add-on (R1,500). Most small business sites don’t need it to get started; add it when you want to see exactly where your enquiries are coming from.

What order does the work happen in?
Google Search Console and GA4 are set up first so data collection starts immediately – Search Console in particular takes time to accumulate meaningful data, so there’s no point delaying, then Rank Math is configured. The SEO audit runs once those foundations are in place, so it’s informed by real search and traffic data rather than just a technical snapshot. The dashboard is built last, once all the data sources are live and connected. The whole bundle is typically completed within 8 – 10 working days (after receiving admin login details).
I already have some of these tools set up. Can I still buy the bundle?
Get in touch before purchasing. If GA4 or Search Console is already in place, I’ll review what’s there before any work begins. If they’re set up correctly, we can adjust the scope and price accordingly. If they’re not set up correctly, which is more common than you’d think, they’ll need to be reconfigured anyway.
Do I need to do anything before work begins?
You’ll need a Google account and WordPress admin access. Once you purchase, I’ll send you a short checklist of what I need to get started – it’s straightforward and I’ll walk you through anything that’s unclear.
Will I see results straight away?
The tracking and reporting tools are live from the moment they’re configured. SEO results – improved rankings and more organic traffic – take longer, typically 3 to 6 months as Google processes the changes. This bundle gives you the right foundation; what you do with the audit findings will determine how quickly the rankings follow.
Is this a once-off purchase or an ongoing retainer?
Once-off. Everything in this bundle is a setup and configuration service, once it’s done, it’s done. There’s no monthly fee attached to the bundle itself. If you want ongoing SEO support after the foundations are in place, that’s a separate conversation.
What if my site has more than 50 pages?
The SEO audit element of this bundle covers sites of up to 50 pages. If your site is larger, get in touch before purchasing – I’ll provide a custom quote for the audit portion, and the rest of the bundle pricing stays the same.
